How do teachers, coaches, and instructional school leaders complete deliverables?

Participants in the pilot will utilize their role-specific checklist to understand which deliverables need to be completed and when they are due. For guidance submitting the checklist deliverables, keep reading.

Pre-Implementation and Quarterly Feedback Surveys

These surveys ask questions about the product(s) you are piloting at strategic pilot milestones and take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Teachers will also be asked questions about their assessment data collection. The survey can be submitted once per email address. Participants piloting two products will only complete this survey once.

These surveys have a finite due date and late submissions will not be accepted. The surveys will lock after the deadline and will not be reopened. Therefore, we encourage you to complete the survey as soon as possible.

The Pre-Implementation and Quarterly Feedback surveys are emailed to participants through Qualtrics. CRIMSI emails them to the email address provided during pilot registration. The due date will be listed on the survey email.

Learn more about the Pre-Implementation Survey in the Pre-Implementation Survey FAQ.

W9 and Banking Information Survey

W9 and Banking Information will be collected from qualifying participants before a stipend disbursement. To submit your W9 and Banking Information, a secure tool for collecting your W-9 and banking information and is also FedRAMP certified. Once you access your W9 and Banking Information Survey, you will have 15 minutes to complete the form, or the portal will close and require you to restart your submission.

The survey does not store incomplete responses, so please have the following documents ready:

  • Completed W-9 form: The IRS requires that TNTP collect a completed W-9 form from all participants who wish to receive the stipend.  Blank W-9 forms can be found here.
  • Bank account and routing information: This information is needed to deposit your stipend into the correct account.
  • Voided check or snippet of your bank account information: Submit a blank, voided check. If you do not have checks, you can get a snapshot of your banking information by taking a screenshot of your bank account number and routing number through your bank's online portal.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers or banking information via email, as it will not be accepted.

NOTE: The Quarterly Feedback surveys and W9 & banking information surveys are emailed to participants directly through Qualtrics. These emails may be flagged as Spam, so if you do not see yours in the anticipated timeframe the checklist outlines, please check there before reaching out to crimsi@tntp.org for help.

Protocol Submissions

Throughout the pilot, instructional school leader, coach, and teacher professional development are centered around high-leverage protocols and practices. This includes Lesson Internalization, Student Work Analysis, Lesson Rehearsal (instructional school leaders and coaches and instructional school leaders only), and Lesson Observation (instructional school leaders and coaches and instructional school leaders only) protocols. You can locate these high-leverage protocols and practices here. These are accessible from the Data Collection module on the Modules page of your TEALearn course. Here’s an example of the module:

Part of your stipend requirements is the completion of protocols submission forms. The CRIMSI Pilot accepts protocol submissions through Qualtrics surveys embedded in TEALearn. The Lesson Internalization, Student Work Analysis, Lesson Rehearsal (coaches and instructional school leaders only), and Lesson Observation (coaches and instructional school leaders only) protocol submission forms allow you to share insights about your use of the high-leverage protocols and practices you engage with.

Observation Protocol Submission Note:

Please retain this receipt for your records. For the upcoming Spring semester, we highly recommend a repeat observation of the same teacher per product. Kindly hold onto this for future reference when observing the same teacher in May.

You will not upload a copy of your protocols as proof of completion; instead, we ask participants to submit protocol forms. You can locate these forms in the "CRIMSI Data Collection" module at the top of your TEALearn product's Modules page. Be sure to fill out the form in its entirety; participants receive confirmation emails after successful submissions. Save a copy of your confirmation emails in your records.

Exit Tickets

Asynchronous modules completed through TEALearn conclude with an exit ticket (a TEALearn quiz). Complete the quiz to get credit for the corresponding module. Your grade will be reflected in the gradebook upon completion.

Note: Please only refer to your grade book to determine if a deliverable was received. Read more about evaluating deliverable completion in this FAQ.

Community of Practice (CoP) Attendance

During the school year, teachers attend four CoP sessions, coaches attend six CoP sessions, and instructional school leaders attend three CoP sessions. CoPs connect individuals to dynamic support networks and richly enhance their capacity to improve student outcomes.
CoP attendance is recorded by facilitators through TEALearn when participants access Zoom through their product course. Participants can expect to see completion of CoP attendance requirements in gradebooks by the end of the week following your participation in a live session. Learn more about CoP attendance in this FAQ.
