What is the stipend amount per deliverable?

Teachers, Coaches, and Instructional School Leaders participating in the CRIMSI Pilot can qualify for up to a $1,500 stipend. To qualify for the $500 onboarding portion of the stipend, participants complete onboarding requirements by October 31, 2023. The remaining $1,000 stipend is determined based on the completion of school year professional development comprised of learning cycles, protocol forms, and time-sensitive surveys.

Note: Participants piloting two products can earn two stipends but must complete all requirements once per product. Only Teachers, Coaches, and Instructional School Leaders are stipend-eligible.

Teacher Stipend Guidelines

Onboarding

Earn a $500 stipend by completing all onboarding deliverables by October 31, 2023, for a December 2023 disbursement. All deliverables must be submitted to qualify. The Teacher Onboarding Checklist outlines expectations, which include the completion of:

  • Registering for TEALearn
  • Completing the Getting to Know You Quiz
  • Attending live Orientation Session OR completing asynchronous Orientation Module and submitting exit ticket
  • Attending live Product Introduction Session OR completing asynchronous Product Introduction Module and submitting exit ticket
  • Submitting the Teacher Registration Survey
  • Submitting the Pre-Implementation Survey**
  • Attending live Onboarding Sessions 1-4 and submitting an exit ticket per session OR completing asynchronous Onboarding Modules 1-4 and submitting an exit ticket per module

If the deadline is not met, these deliverables will be evaluated for completion after May 31, 2024. If complete, Teachers are eligible for a $500 stipend in a June disbursement.

** The Pre-Implementation Survey closes after October 31, 2023, and cannot be submitted after the deadline.

School Year Professional Learning

Teachers can earn up to an additional $1,000 stipend for completing four Professional Development Learning Cycles (learning cycles) that each involve attendance at a virtual Community of Practice (CoP) session and completion of an asynchronous online module, the submission of four Protocols of Practice (protocol) forms, and completion of four time-sensitive Quarterly Surveys*** (time-sensitive surveys) by May 31, 2024. Participants receive the awarded stipend amount in a June 2024 disbursement.

These deliverables are outlined in the Teacher Semester One and Semester Two Checklists. Each deliverable has a stipend value adding up to a total possible $1,000 stipend. The stipend breakdown follows:

  • Completing four (4) learning cycles (CoP attendance + module): up to $600 stipend
    • Each cycle = $150
  • Submitting four (4) protocol forms: up to $200 stipend
    • Each protocol = $50
  • Completing four (4) time-sensitive surveys***: up to $200 stipend
    • Each survey = $50

Coach Stipend Guidelines

Onboarding

Instructional School Leaders can earn up to an additional $1,000 stipend for completing four Professional Development Learning Cycles (learning cycles) that each involve completion of an asynchronous online module, attendance at a virtual Community of Practice (CoP) session, submission of progress monitoring data, and attendance at a live, virtual Progress Monitoring Meeting, along with the submission of eight Protocols of Practice (protocol) forms, and the completion of four time-sensitive Quarterly Surveys*** (time-sensitive surveys) by May 31, 2024. Participants receive the awarded stipend amount in a June 2024 disbursement.

These deliverables are outlined in the Instructional School Leader One and Semester Two Checklists. Each deliverable has a stipend value adding up to a total possible $1,000 stipend. The stipend breakdown follows:
