How can district/school leaders track their participants’ deliverable completion? (Deliverable Dashboard For Leaders)
Introducing the CRIMSI Deliverable Dashboards
District and campus leadership will use the CRIMSI Deliverable Dashboard to track all participants’ completion of pilot deliverables. By routinely checking the dashboard, leaders gain insight into participant engagement and are able to plan for the next steps to increase fidelity of implementation of materials across the district. Leaders review these dashboards during each cycle of continuous improvement as a strategy designed to improve efforts supporting high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) implementation.
Accessing the CRIMSI Deliverable Dashboards
CRIMSI assigned each district unique login credentials and distributed a Google slide named using the convention “Dashboard Login Credentials - DISTRICT ISD,” which contains the dashboard login and password, to each district’s CRIMSI Google folder. Leaders must correctly enter the district's login credentials to access the dashboard. As a reminder, CRIMSI shares a link to the CRIMSI Google folder in every monthly leader newsletter.
Need a link to the dashboard? The CRIMSI Support Team shared a link to the dashboard in the CRIMSI Deliverable Dashboard outreach. Leaders in need of the link may reach out to crimsi@tntp.org for support.
💡 Insider Tip: Bookmark the dashboard website for quick access throughout the school year.
💡 To share data with coaches, leaders may download the reports and share them with coaches on an as-needed basis instead of sharing the district’s login credentials.
Supporting Participants with CRIMSI Deliverables
In addition to assessing participant deliverable progress using the dashboard, leaders may anticipate that all CRIMSI roles receive monthly deliverables status updates. The monthly deliverable status updates, delivered via email from crimsi@tntp.org near the end of the month, affirm whether CRIMSI received the listed deliverables.
Between monthly deliverable status updates, all CRIMSI participants use the checklists and their gradebooks within individual TEALearn CRIMSI courses to evaluate deliverable completion. Review the Deliverable Tracking FAQ for further instructions on gradebook usage and deliverable completion evaluation.
💡 Best Practice: Regularly review the dashboards and follow up with participants to keep participants engaged and up to date on pilot deliverables.
