How are changes/updates to CRIMSI registration made?

Please follow this process if a change to a participant’s registration record is needed. Participants must self-enroll in the TEALearn Hub and submit the Getting to Know You Quiz to be listed in CRIMSI’s records. A participant is not officially enrolled until they are verified by either the CRIMSI Support Team or their district.

School leaders, instructional school leaders, and coaches may follow this process to request registration updates:

  1. Click here to submit the Change Request Survey.
  2. Wait until the following Monday for your change to be reflected. CRIMSI processes survey submissions weekly on Fridays, and changes should be reflected by Monday afternoon.
  3. Depending on the update, participants will receive a new invitation to the TEALearn Hub and role-specific courses (starting in August for instructional school leaders, and coaches). Please accept the invitation(s) to access the correct training for the 23-24 CRIMSI pilot. 

Please note: Onboarding differs for some roles, so some make-up work may be required. Changing roles does not dismiss a participant from needing to complete the new role’s overdue requirements. Review the role-specific Onboarding checklists to learn more about the new role’s requirements. 

Initiative Lead – If the Initiative Lead in the district changes, CRIMSI must be updated immediately. Please email crimsileader@tntp.org for support with this change. If possible, please have the existing Initiative Lead send the email requesting support with this change, and CC the new Initiative Lead on the email.
