Can participants make up a CoP?

Yes. If participants cannot attend one of their scheduled Community of Practice (CoP) sessions, they should attend a live make-up session. Participants must attend CoP sessions live; CRIMSI does not offer asynchronous CoP session options.

Please note that these Zoom calls have the waiting room feature enabled. Facilitators will only admit participants to a CoP during the first fifteen minutes of a CoP session. Participants cannot join the session after that window and must attend a make-up session.
