When are stipends and CPE hours disbursed (process and timeline)?
Stipend Process and Timeline
Participants will be notified whether they’ve met all stipend requirements before each disbursement. If discrepancies in reporting are found, a timeframe to dispute errors will be given in CRIMSI's stipend qualification email communications.
Next, qualifying participants will receive a Stipend Survey. Click here for details on completing the Stipend Survey. Participants must complete the survey within the designated timeframe to receive their stipend; the email will contain details.
Next, TNTP will disburse the stipend amount a participant qualified for using the banking information provided in the secure Qualtrics survey. Stipend funds may take up to 15 days to become available in your account after disbursement due to variations in processing times among banks.
Disbursements will be in December 2023, February 2024, and June 2024; a new Stipend Survey will be collected for each disbursement to ensure TNTP has the most up-to-date information.

For Participants Completing Onboarding Deliverables by October 31, 2023
- By November 6, 2023: Receipt of Onboarding Deliverables Completion Status Email
- By November 7: Eligible Participants Receive a Stipend Survey Email
- November 15, 2023: Stipend Survey Due
- November 17, 2023: Notice of Stipend Survey Receipt
- December 14, 2023: Official Stipend Disbursement (Allow 5-10 business days for payment to post in the banking account provided)
February Stipend Disbursement Timeline
For Participants Completing Onboarding Deliverables by January 12, 2024
- January 12, 2024: Onboarding Deliverables Due
- January 19, 2024: Receipt of Onboarding Deliverables Completion Status Email
- January 22, 2024: Eligible Participants Receive Stipend Survey Email
- February 2, 2024: Stipend Survey Due
- February 22, 2024: Official Stipend Disbursement (Allow 5-10 business days for payment to post in the banking account provided)
June Stipend Disbursement Timeline
For Participants Completing Semester One and Two Deliverables by May 31, 2024
- May 31, 2024: All Deliverables Due
- June 3, 2024: Receipt of Deliverable Confirmation Email
- June 4, 2024: Eligible Participants Receive Stipend Survey Email
- June 10, 2024: Stipend Survey Due
- June 27, 2024: Official Stipend Disbursement (Allow 5-10 business days for the payment to post in the banking account provided)

CPE Hour Process and Timeline
Participants will receive a CPE certificate, which should be saved for their records, when the pilot concludes in June 2024. Teachers qualify for 20+ hours per product, and coaches qualify for 30+ hours per product. The initiative lead qualifies for up to 18 hours, and school leaders qualify for up to 15 hours. Participants must complete all pilot requirements to qualify. Supporting multiple grade levels of the same product does not qualify a participant for additional CPE hours.
