How do you clear the browser cache?

You can clear the cache in your desired browser to solve this problem. Searching the internet for "clear cache" will help you find directions. Make sure to find directions for the browser you are using. Here are steps for a few common browsers:

• Google Chrome Clear Cache
• Firefox Clear Cache
• Opera Clear Cache
• Safari Clear Cache
• Edge Clear Cache

If this doesn't help, you can also try accessing the same webpage using a different browser or device.

Lastly, we recommend trying an Incognito browser window to see if that fixes the issue.
