What is the Implementation Plan Workbook?

The Implementation Plan Workbook is the guiding resource for all leader learning sessions. The Implementation Plan Workbook will house all relevant exemplars, samples, and templates the initiative lead can utilize to successfully implement HQIM in their district. It provides guiding questions and areas for action planning for the entirety of the pilot. Leaders complete deliverables in the workbook and receive feedback from their CRIMSI advisors.

Each district has its own workbook, and the live document is housed in its CRIMSI Google folder.
