How are educators divided into cohorts?

Educators are divided into cohorts to place participants piloting the same product and grade level within similar districts together. Cohorts collaborate with each other in Community of Practice (CoP) sessions to troubleshoot common problems, support each other, and develop a community centered around HQIM implementation and student growth.
