How do participants and district leadership locate CoP information (session dates and times)?
Upon Community of Practice (CoP) cohort assignment, participants received an email from CRIMSI notifying them of their cohort’s CoP session dates, times, and attendance expectations. After the initial email launch, CRIMSI will notify new participants of their CoP assignments every other week.
The CRIMSI initiative lead was notified of CoP assignments at the district, and school leaders and instructional school leaders were notified of CoP assignments at their campus. As a part of the pilot assurances, districts agreed that participants would be able to attend all required professional learning. As such, leaders will accommodate participants so that they may attend live sessions. Leaders needing support in prioritizing protected time for professional learning may contact the district’s CRIMSI advisor by email or set up a flex consultation.
CoP Lookup Tools
Participants may peruse role-specific or leader-specific CoP Lookup Tools to review CoP assignments at any time. Make-up sessions are not listed in the tool; access this FAQ to learn more about make-up session options and registration.
Participants
Participants enter the district email address used to register for the pilot in the CoP Lookup Tool for their role. Upon pressing “Enter” on the keyboard, the participant's CoP assignment populates the table. Please note participants supporting two products will see two CoP assignments, as participants must attend one live CoP per product piloted.

Leaders
Leaders may utilize the Leader CoP Lookup Tool to access CoP assignment information for instructional school leaders, coaches, and teachers across the district. Using the dropdown menu on the Leader CoP Lookup Tool, hover over the district name and select ONLY to see CoP assignments district-wide. Narrow down the dashboard view by selecting one or more campuses, roles, or products. To view CoP assignment information for a specific individual, use the Instructional School Leader CoP Lookup Tool, Coach Lookup Tool, or Teacher Lookup Tool. Enter the participant's email address on the appropriate tool, and press Enter on the keyboard to pull up CoP information.
