Does CRIMSI have a support email?

The CRIMSI Support Team is  available Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT to answer your questions. While we welcome questions outside of office hours, we will not be able to respond until we are back in the office. CRIMSI will respond to messages in the order received within two to three business days; if we are experiencing a high volume of tickets, our response time might be longer.

CRIMSI Support Guidelines:

  • The more, the merrier - the more information you can provide to our support team, the more easily and quickly we can assist in your request.
  • Share your CRIMSI information- providing your district, role, grade level, district email address, and other pertinent details helps us locate you in our system, expediting troubleshooting.
  • Reference the dynamic FAQs first - the dynamic FAQs are regularly updated as the CRIMSI pilot progresses; please peruse the FAQs to find answers, if possible, before reaching out for support.
