What emails will participants receive, and what communication expectations exist?

Participants in the pilot are expected to receive communications from the CRIMSI Support Team. Communications will be emailed through:

  • Qualtrics
  • MailChimp
  • HelpScout
  • Outlook

The pilot utilizes Qualtrics to collect data for research and evaluation via surveys. Some surveys are emailed to all pilot roles directly from Qualtrics and contain a unique link to their survey.

Newsletters will be emailed to participants monthly through MailChimp. Leaders can expect a leader-specific newsletter the first Tuesday of the month and participants (teachers and coaches) will receive a participant-specific newsletter the second Tuesday of the month. A newsletter archive is available in the TEALearn Hub.

HelpScout and Outlook are used for outreach and help desk purposes to provide general support. Zoom is utilized to provide Office Hours support.
