What are the stipend and CPE requirements for coaches?
Coaches who successfully complete all pilot requirements at key milestones will receive a monetary stipend and CPE hours. Reward disbursement and CPE hours documentation will occur at the conclusion of the pilot in June. If a coach is eligible, they can receive an early partial disbursement of their stipend in December.
Participants DO NOT receive additional rewards or CPE hours for supporting multiple grade levels of the same product.
Coaches’ requirements include:
- Professional Learning - orientation, blended onboarding sessions, asynchronous modules, and Communities of Practice (CoPs)
- Feedback - 15-minute surveys providing product and pilot feedback
- Protocol Submissions - protocol submissions providing insights on the use of pilot-specific protocols and practices
